Each board is made to order and it takes time for the various layers of varnish to dry. Please allow 5-10 working days ( depends on size ) before shipping. Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has reached production. Each order is personalized to the custom design, size, fabric, colours, etc. of each customer and therefore cannot be returned.
